⦁ as soon as you arrive, we will respect the social distancing
⦁ we'll be wearing a mask. You can choose whether or not to wear yours.
⦁ we will show you your suite and the common grounds at your disposal, always respecting the barrier gestures
⦁ the key to your suite, disinfected beforehand, will be on the inside door.
⦁ hydro-alcoholic gel and sprays will be at your disposal in the reception/shop, in the common areas and in each suite.
⦁ the magazines and various tourist guides as well as flyers can no longer be at your disposal, but we will be there to help you, by giving you the right addresses to explore our region and provide to you useful links
⦁ in addition to the usual cleaning measures, disinfection will be enhanced in all living areas.
⦁ this disinfection will be applied with a steam cleaner (100°) for furniture and floor surfaces. For door and window handles, chairs, armchairs, keys, wall switches, lamps and the air conditioning remote control, a disinfectant spray will be applied.
⦁ its usual decoration will be slightly temperate, less cushions and decorative objects, but it will still be cosy and comfortable
⦁ the same sanitary protocol will be applied on floors, furniture surfaces, chairs and armchairs, door and window handles, wall switches and lamps, cupboard knobs, coat hangers, sanitary surfaces, taps, not forgetting the toilet brush.
⦁ bed and bathroom linen as well as plaids will be disinfected when washed at 60°.
⦁ welcome products will be offered to you for single use only
⦁ hydro-alcoholic gel and spray will be at your disposal.
KITCHENETTE & SUMMER KITCHEN
⦁ the dishes will be washed in the dishwasher at high temperature (60°)
⦁ your suite will be aired for a minimum of 3 hours to allow us to clean and disinfect it again in complete safety.
All these sanitary gestures are necessary but they will never make us forget that conviviality is the heart of our profession (!)
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Article 1 - Purpose
This contract is for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in Maison Alegria.
The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owners commit themselves to personally ensure their welcome with all the desirable attentions to facilitate their stay in Maison Alegria and the region.
Article 2 - Length of stay
The customer approves the present contract by paying the deposit. The contract concluded for a fixed period of time. The customer will not be able under any circumstances to take advantage of any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3 - Booking formalities and conclusion of the contract
After receipt of your reservation, we will send you a written confirmation by email and invite you to pay within 48 hours a deposit of 40% of the total price of the stay. Once this deposit has been received, the reservation becomes effective. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without the payment of the deposit within the time limit, the reservation is not confirmed and that, consequently, we reserve the right to take back the suites.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the client
Any cancellation must be notified by email to the owner.
a) Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date. We charge 40% of the total price of the stay.
b) Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date. We charge 70% of the total price of the stay.
c) Cancellation between 15 and 1 day before the arrival date. We charge 90% of the total price of the stay.
d) If the customer does not show up we charge 100% of the total price of the stay.
e) In case of premature departure we charge 100% of the total price of the stay
Article 5 - Cancellation insurance
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. If you wish, you may take out one with your insurer.
Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner
When the owner cancels the stay before the beginning of the stay, he must inform the client by email.
The client will be immediately refunded the sums paid.
Article 7 - Arrival time
Between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, we urge the client to inform the owner on +33 (0)632201537.
Article 8 - Departure time
The departure time of the suites is 10 a.m. at the latest.
Article 9 - Payment of the balance
The balance is to be paid on arrival or at the latest the next day before noon.
Consumptions and additional services not mentioned in the contract or the quotation will be payable at the end of your stay.
Article 10 - Tourist tax
The visitor's tax is a local tax that the customer pays to the owner who then pays it to the public treasury.
Article 11 - Change of suite
Without the client being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the suite initially reserved by the client to a suite of the same or greater capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 12 - Use of the premises
The customer will have to respect the peaceful character of the place and use it in accordance with its destination. He undertakes to return the suites in good condition and will have to declare any damage for which he could be responsible and to assume the repairs.
The entire house is a non-smoking area.
Article 13 - Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional guests.
This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of clients greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Article 14 - Pets
Animals are not allowed. In case of departure of a customer motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can be considered.
Article 15 - Modification of the conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired immediately upon receipt of the deposit paid.
Article 16 - Data-processing law and freedom
In accordance with the law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, data files and liberties, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We commit ourselves not to transmit in any case the information that you have communicated to us to other companies or organizations.
